  1. Money-Back Guarantee: We take pride in the effectiveness of our digital marketing services. If you are not satisfied with the process, or if you have changed your mind, you must inform us within 5 days from the day you made the payment via email at nswebtricks@gmail.com or at your account manager’s email, with whom you are in touch for the process to request a full refund. This guarantee applies to our initial service fees and excludes any additional expenses incurred during the campaign.

  2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a request in writing to our customer support email, “nswebtricks@gmail.com,” or to their account manager’s email within the first 5 days from the payment date.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Service Cancellation: Clients can request the cancellation of services at any time. However, to avoid being billed for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date.

  2. Cancellation Procedure: Clients can initiate the cancellation process by contacting our customer support team via email at nswebtricks@gmail.com. Please include your account information and the reason for the cancellation in your email.

  3. Prorated Charges: If a cancellation is requested mid-billing cycle, the client will be responsible for charges incurred up to the cancellation date. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

  4. Outstanding Payments: All outstanding payments must be settled before the cancellation of services is finalized.
