1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging in any services provided by NS Webtricks, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NS Webtricks offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, content creation, website development, and online advertising. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between NS Webtricks and the client.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, access to relevant accounts, website credentials, and any other materials required for the project.

4. Fees and payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or explained over the phone while explaining the services. NS Webtricks reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. All fees are non-refundable after 5 days, once the services have been initiated. You must inform us via email within 5 days from the day you made the payment to get the refund.

5. Confidentiality

Both NS Webtricks and the client agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information, strategies, and any other sensitive data.

6. Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, NS Webtricks retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the course of providing services. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specified purpose.

7. Disclaimer

NS Webtricks does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services provided. Results may vary based on various factors, including market conditions and client cooperation.

8. Limitation of liability

NS Webtricks is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees due up to the termination date.

10. Modifications

NS Webtricks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
